The MPL300 moveable pellet mill is specially designed for medium and small scale biomass pelleting production. The main equipments are hammer mill, cyclone separator, mix bin, screw feeder, ZLSP-300B R | ZLSP-400B R | ZLSP-420B R pelletizer machine, water box, vibrating screen, bucket conveyor, basis frame, and electric control cabinet. ▮ Crushing Part
There are 15 hammers and 3 blades shaped as equilateral triangle on the machine. By changing different seats of the blades, the machine applies to breaking wood ,biomass, and feeding materials with the size of diameter less than 20mm. and the size of the broken materials can be 3-5 mm.
▮ Conveying Unit (1)
This unit is composed of a blower powered with 2.2kw,air pipe and cyclone separator. It conveys crushed material into the mixer and the inventory box. It is connected with vibrating screen with a semitransparent hosepipe and bucket conveyor to cool the pellets and collect the dust.
▮ Sipiral Conveyor
Put the mixed material into the moveable pellet mill, actuated by variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, powered of 0.18 kw, and its range of the frequency conversion is 30~60Hz.
▮ Pelleting Part
Three types of portable pelleting mills were equipped. ZLSP-300B R | ZLSP-400B R | ZLSP-420B the moveable pelleting mill can make 0.4~0.6 tons of sawdust particles by using pure sawdust per hour. Connecting the water system can be used for adjusting the water content of mixing material. We can create pellets whose diameter is 6-12mm.
▮ Vibrating Sieve
It is a gridding of 3.5*3.5 mm powered by 0.37kw.The size of the gridding can be changed according to your requirement. A hose pipe should be connected for collect the powder and dust.
▮ Conveying Unit (2)
Biomass wood pellet machine is powered by chains and the size of the scraper is 145mm. Every single unit is 2436mm long, 437mm wide, 484mm thick. The length and width of the conveyor can be extended by adding or connected extensive part. There are five located joints to easily adjust the length and angle of conveyor. Two hose pipe with 100mm long are connected to cool the particles.
▮ Electric Control
It is used the electric components of Schneider, which is certificated by CE safety standard. The switch of emergency is equipped for operating more safer and simple.
