Cleaning section: Wheat flour mill adopts the cleaning technology of sieving, threshing, de-mixing, sifting, wetting, magnetic selection, wheat brushing and wind selection. It consists of original wheat cleaning process and net grain cleaning process, which fully ensures the quality of fed wheat, as well as the working environment.
Wheat flour milling part: flour milling part adopts the milling technology of bran milling, core milling, slag milling, tail milling and purifying, which has high accuracy and high flour extraction rate.

 

 

↘ Corn / Maize Flour Milling Process Flow

 

\uD83D\uDCCC Sieving→destoning→peeling→crushing→grinding→sieving and cleaning→packing

1.Under the power of high pressure fan, maize is conveyed into the combined sieving and stoning machine, where both big and small impurities and stones are eliminated.

2.Then maize is fed into the peeling machine for removing clod, dust or other impurities.

3.After that, the maize enters crusher and is grinded into big particles to prepare for making flour. 4.After crushing, maize particles are elevated and fed into the stock bin of maize flour milling machine. Then they are blown into the garri processing machinery.

5.After grinding, maize flour is sifted: those under the sieve will be packed, while those above the sieve will go back to the stock bin for second time grinding.

6.Finally, pack as desired.
